PED 121 - Walk, Jog, RunClass: 0 Lab: 3 Clinical: 0 Credit: 1 No Pre/Corequisites This course covers the basic concepts involved in safely and effectively improving cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis is placed on walking, jogging, or running as a means of achieving fitness. Upon completion, students should be able to understand and appreciate the benefits derived from these activities. This course requires active, physical participation both inside and outdoors. This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA & ICAA as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
