AST - 152 General Astronomy II

Corequisite: Take AST-152A  

This course is a continuation of AST-151  with a primary emphasis beyond the solar system. Topics include the sun, stars, galaxies, and the larger universe, including cosmology. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of astronomy.

This course has been approved for transfer under the CAA & ICAA as a general education course in Natural Science.
